Delivery and Returns

Delivery

A delivery date will be agreed and the item/s will be dispatched once the final payment has been received and cleared.

All delivery costs will have been agreed prior to confirmation of the sale.

All deliveries will take place via courier from Monday – Friday before 5pm and a signature will be required. Weekend delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

All deliveries are insured only for the confirmed travel route per order. BeauVamp cannot accept any responsibility for any additional onward travel within the UK or internationally that has not been organised by ourselves.

All European and international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and charges and will be payable by the client / recipient. If a customs charge is missed by the client resulting in the product being sent back to Beauvamp in the UK then then the return costs will be deducted from the client refund.

Returns

For all bespoke, made to order and sale items, the final project cost is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Should a return be granted under special circumstances agreed with ourselves then you the customer will need to cover all shipping costs involved for a safe return with all original packaging.

If an item is broken or faulty on delivery then a full refund will be offered. BeauVamp will be responsible for organising the return courier details. If the item can be repaired then this service will also be offered.

BeauVamp uses a secure courier company and cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit should the client wish to use another delivery method.
